Come and stay with your family or friends at our spacious 200m² house, which has been beautifully restored with a mix of old and contemporary styles. With beds for up to 18 people, including 2 bedrooms and a dorm, there is plenty of space for everyone. As an added bonus, guests also have access to a sauna chalet, and during the summer months, there is the option to rent a charming trailer on the premises.

The house boasts 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests. Outside, you will find a large private swimming pool measuring 5*10m, perfect for a refreshing dip. Surrounding the property are 15 acres of wood and meadows, including a fishpond, creating a peaceful and idyllic setting.

For those who enjoy camping, you are welcome to bring all of your camping materials to make the most of the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, there is a bowling area available for playing petanque, adding to the fun and entertainment options.

Pets are also welcome, so you can bring your furry friends along to enjoy the stay with you.

If you are planning a private event, our 62m² hall is the ideal space, complete with private parking for up to 50 cars. Located just 2 hours from Paris, it offers a convenient and accessible venue. The property also features a 500m² courtyard with a lush lawn, providing a picturesque setting for any occasion.

Furthermore, our house is situated in a tranquil and secluded area, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. We also have a downstairs bathroom that is accessible for people with disabilities, making our accommodation inclusive and suitable for everyone.

Directions from Paris:

To get to your destination, follow these steps:

1. Start by taking either the A6 or N118 road to the A10 motorway.
2. Continue on the A10 until you reach the A11 motorway.
3. At kilometer 228, take exit number 11 (Durtal).
4. Once you exit the toll, you will come across a roundabout. Take the right side towards the direction of Durtal.
5. Keep going straight until you reach a T intersection. Make a right turn towards Baugé.
6. Follow the road, passing a castle on your right and crossing a bridge.
7. After approximately 200 meters past the bridge, you will see a hotel/restaurant called "La Boule d'or" on your left side.
8. Just after passing the hotel, make a left turn towards Baugé.
9. Drive for about 1.5 kilometers and then turn left again, following the sign for "les Rairies".
10. Stay on this road, crossing over "les Rairies" until you enter a small wood.
11. After a few kilometers, you will come across a ranch called "ferme du Tertre" on your left side. Keep going.
12. After the ranch, take the second road on your right, which is approximately 500 meters after the ranch.
13. Continue on this road for another 500 meters, even when it forms a right angle towards the left.
14. "The Petite Richardière" is the first house you will see on your left side. You have arrived at your destination.
