Slatters Cottage is a luxurious self-catering holiday cottage with a Grade II listing, boasting charming features that date back to the 17th century. Tucked away in a peaceful country lane in Bourton-on-the-Hill, near Moreton-in-Marsh, this cottage exudes character and offers a delightful base for exploring the Cotswolds.

The ground floor of the cottage features a stone-walled lounge with a beamed ceiling, a picturesque inglenook fireplace with a log burning stove, and a cozy window seat. Recently redecorated and refurbished to the highest standard, the lounge is furnished beautifully. Adjacent to the lounge is the well-equipped kitchen and a dining area complete with a dining table and chairs, a comfortable leather sofa and armchair, a color television, a Freeview box with digital radio, a DVD player, and a CD/MP3 player with radio. Additionally, there is a convenient toilet and utility room. Guests will find a wide selection of books, DVDs, CDs, and games to enjoy during their stay.

The cottage is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a gas cooker, a fridge with a freezer section, a separate freezer, a microwave, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and gas central heating.

Upstairs, there is a charming double bedroom with a comfortable pocket sprung mattress and a TV, offering lovely views of the village and the surrounding countryside. There is also a single bedroom that can accommodate up to three people, with the option of a travel cot for a baby. The toilet/bathroom features a bath with a shower-over-bath.

Guests can make use of the payphone, and mobile reception is available depending on your network. Off-road parking is conveniently located directly outside the cottage for one car, with additional parking available on the road opposite the cottage.

For families with young children, a travel cot and high chair can be provided at no extra cost. Bedding, linen (excluding the travel cot), and towels are all included free of charge. One well-behaved dog is welcome on request, with a small additional charge, but is limited to the downstairs area. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cottage.

Please note that the stairs to the first floor are slightly steep, making the cottage unsuitable for those with mobility issues or toddlers.
