The surrounding area offers a variety of attractions including the tavern "vortices," the Inn of the priory, the beautiful Loire River, the scenic circuit of the Loire river, the Ark, and the charming garden of kangaroos. Other nearby places of interest include Savennières with its charming church and wineries, Ash (ideal for receptions and weddings), Béhuard (an island), Louët Rochefort, the racecourse, and the pool at Chalonnes which offers swimming and canoeing.

The location of the house is known for its tranquility, providing a peaceful retreat. Guests can conveniently park their cars and store their bikes in the garage.

A delicious homemade breakfast is served, which includes bread, jam, fruit, pancakes, or brioche.
