Welcome to our spacious barn, a 250 m2 house designed to accommodate up to 12 people. As you step outside, you'll be greeted by a large terrace that overlooks the pool, complete with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue for delightful outdoor meals.

On the ground floor, you'll find a generously-sized room featuring an open kitchen equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, American fridge, and an induction hob. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining room and living room, spanning a total of 60 m2. Additionally, there is a cozy TV lounge where you can relax and unwind.

The ground floor also boasts a bedroom with a convenient shower room (featuring a comfortable 140 cm bed) and a separate WC. Moving upstairs, you'll discover two bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable 140 cm bed, along with a bathroom and WC for added convenience. There is also a unique bedroom with a loft area, offering three 90 cm beds. Another bedroom awaits, complete with a shower room (featuring a 140 cm bed) and a mezzanine area with an additional 90 cm bed. To complete the upstairs accommodations, there is a bathroom and separate toilets.

In addition to the barn, we also offer the Green Shutters house, a 140 m2 residence perfect for up to 6 guests. The concave facade of this house adds a touch of originality to its charm. Outside, you'll find garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

As you enter through the front door, you'll be greeted by a wide and comfortable staircase. To your left, you'll find the charming dining room with a fireplace, followed by a wine cellar equipped with a washing machine, a separate toilet, and a beautifully designed kitchen that includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, and hotplates. On the right side of the entrance, you'll discover the inviting living room, furnished with a leather sofa, fireplace, and a color TV.

Moving up to the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable 140 cm bed, with one of them offering a convenient shower room. An additional bedroom awaits, equipped with two twin beds measuring 90 cm each. Completing the first floor, there is a bathroom and toilet for your convenience.
