Welcome to BREAKFAST TOWNHOUSE, a charming bed and breakfast located in a historic mansion dating back to the late 19th century. Formerly a wine estate with vineyards in the scenic Cotes d'Auvergne region, this magnificent building showcases the architectural beauty of Clermont-Ferrand with its Volvic stone enclosures.The residential section of the mansion includes a Chai, a traditional wine cellar, connected to an underground cellar carved into the volcanic flows and tephra craters that surround the city of Clermont-Ferrand. With a location just 3 miles away from the city center and a short 10-minute drive from the A75 highway exit towards Le Mont-Dore, you will have easy access to the vibrant city as well as the popular path and Zenith Halle d'Auvergne.
Conveniently, there are three transit lines situated within 100 meters from the house, connecting you effortlessly to the tram system for convenient travel throughout Clermont-Ferrand and its surroundings.
Our bed and breakfast offers four spacious and comfortable bedrooms ranging from 25 to 35 square meters. Each room is fully air-conditioned and equipped with amenities such as WiFi access, a TV screen, and a desk. The bedding arrangements are flexible, with the option of a comfortable queen-sized bed (160 x 200) or two individual beds (80 x 200) upon request. Additionally, one of the rooms is specifically designed to accommodate a family of four.

maison chaleureuse et charmante
avons passé une nuit lors d'un séjour à Beaumont à l'occasion d'un mariage. Accueil plus qu'agréable, propriétaires très chaleureux et très intéressants. Maison superbement décorée, chambre très confortable, petits déjeuners copieux...nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cette belle demeure que je ne peux que vous recommander.
Les chambres toutes neuves sont calmes, spacieuses et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Télé, wifi, rien ne manque...
Les petits déjeuners sont excellents et sentent bon les gateaux "maison".
Quant aux propriétaires ils ne demandent qu'à être connus...

Excellent séjour

Nous avons séjourné dans cette belle maison d'hôte en août 2014, et nous avons passé un agréable moment, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et notre chambre située au dernier étage était très calme et la literie excellente ! Tout était très propre et le linge de maison était en parfait état !
Pour ce qui relève du petit déjeuner, excellent encore avec beaucoup de produits faits maison délicieux ou des mets de très bonne qualité ! Juste un petit bémol sur le fait que cette bâtisse soit un peu excentrée de Clermont mais même avec un enfant en bas âge, et le tram nous avons pu nous y rendre.
