The apartment consists of the following:- A spacious and bright living room equipped with a fully functional kitchen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, food processor, blender, balance of household, cookware, and dishes. The living room also has a dining area with a low, round table and four chairs, as well as a lounge area with two sofas, a coffee table, a television with DVD player, and a library stocked with books and games.
- A laundry area with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner.
- A separate area with three bedrooms, a toilet, and a bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a large wardrobe, a bathtub, a shower, a spacious basin, a heated towel rail, a hair dryer, scales, and a laundry tub.
- The first bedroom is a large bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a lingerie wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, and bedside lamps. This room can also accommodate a baby cot if needed.
- The second bedroom is a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a dresser, a chair, and a lamp.
- The third bedroom has a 90 cm bed, a large wardrobe, a bibus with five drawers, a bedside lamp, and a chair.

This apartment can be rented on a weekly, biweekly, weekend, or monthly basis, depending on the season. The rates are as follows:

Directions
When you reach the foot of Montagne du Roule on Boulevard East, near the Cherbourg border, make a left turn right after the fire station. Look for Residence L'Oree du Bois, and the building you're looking for is the second one down in the parking lot, which is located furthest away from the road.
