The Roguedas Cottage is a brand new, comfortable living space measuring 68 m2. It is equivalent to a 3 or 4-star rated cottage. Guests can enjoy a private garden and parking area. The spacious south-facing terrace is perfect for outdoor relaxation and comes equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture.

The ground floor features a large main room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The abundance of natural light from the large window highlights the southern exposure of the property. A laundry room and toilet are also conveniently located on the ground floor.

We have ensured that every detail is taken care of to make you feel right at home. The cottage is equipped with all the necessary appliances for your comfort, including an LCD TV, DVD player, stereo, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, each accommodating two people (one double bed and two single beds). Additionally, there is a bathroom with a toilet. Two additional beds are available in the living room's sofa bed.

As an added bonus, there are no extra charges for access to the outdoor hot tub, golf ball facilities, and bicycles (two adult and two children's bikes). We also provide a stroller and baby cot for your convenience.

Please note that there is an additional fee for sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning services.
