La Belladona is a spacious villa spanning 627 m² and spread across two floors. On the ground floor, there is room to accommodate 15 guests. The main rooms include a generous 75 m² entrance hall and a large dining room that can seat up to 32 people. The fully-equipped kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hobs, microwave ovens, and a refrigerator with a freezer. Additionally, the kitchen has an eating area for up to 12 people. Adjoining the kitchen is a spacious 25 m² cellar with traditional wine storage racks.

The ground floor also features a cozy first living room furnished with period furniture and equipped with hi-fi, a 40’’ flat screen TV, satellite, MP3, DVD, and DivX. There are three bathrooms on this floor. The first bathroom, measuring 12 m², is located between the kitchen and the living room and is designed to be handicapped accessible. It includes a hand basin, shower, and WC. The other two bathrooms, each measuring 16 m², are located at the back of the house and feature a shower, WC, and hand basin.

On the right-hand side of the entrance hall, there are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 spans 20 m² and is furnished with one 135 cm double bed and two 90 cm single beds. Bedroom 2, also measuring 20 m², features two 135 cm double beds. Bedroom 3, also 20 m², includes one 135 cm double bed and one 90 cm single bed. This room has an en suite bathroom that is handicapped accessible, complete with a shower, WC, towel dryer radiator, and hand basin. Bedroom 4, measuring 20 m², is furnished with two 135 cm double beds and has an en suite bathroom with a shower, WC, and hand basin.

Adjacent to the main house, there is a spacious 55 m² game room with a foosball table, pool table, and other games. This room also includes two refrigerators with a freezer and a separate large freezer. The game room also serves as a storage space for old farming tools. At the right side of the main house, there is a stone veranda dining area and barbecue, featuring a large stone table and garden furniture for up to 32 people, covering an area of 70 m². There is also a separate outdoor WC situated close to the stone veranda, measuring 6m².

On the upper floor, there are four bedrooms located on both sides of the landing. On the right-hand side, starting from the front of the villa, there is Bedroom 5, measuring 25 m², with two 135 cm double beds and one 90 cm single bed. Bedroom 6, measuring 22 m², includes one 135 cm double bed and two 90 cm single beds. This room has an en suite bathroom with a shower, WC, and hand basin.

On the left-hand side, also starting from the front of the villa, there is Bedroom 7, measuring 22 m², with two 135 cm double beds and one 90 cm single bed. Bedroom 8, measuring 23 m², features one 135 cm double bed and one 90 cm single bed. This room has an en suite bathroom with a shower, WC, towel dryer radiator, and hand basin. There is also a bathroom measuring 15 m² located between bedrooms 4 and 5, equipped with a bath, hand basin, towel dryer radiator, and WC.
