The recently restored rooms and junior suites inside an old farmhouse provide a warm and characteristic ambiance, reminiscent of the houses found in the beautiful hills of Umbria. These accommodations are tastefully furnished with a blend of period furniture and contemporary frames by Stefania Fior. Each room includes a bathroom and heating for your comfort. The original structure of the farmhouse has been preserved, showcasing the charming wooden beams and a large-scale external door leading to a terrace. Surrounding the house is a spacious garden with trees, and nestled within this natural oasis is a pool, seemingly lost amidst the woods, meadows, and olive groves. Additionally, a small river awaits you just over 400 meters away, providing a serene escape in the stunning hills.

On the ground floor, you will find the breakfast room. Here, a delightful buffet awaits you near the fireplace, featuring homemade cakes and traditional recipes handed down from our grandmothers. Accompanying these treats are our own jams, made from fruit carefully grown without the use of pesticides and with natural fertilizer. Enjoy spreading these delectable preserves on our typical Umbrian white bread or rye bread, freshly baked in our ovens. Furthermore, a selection of fresh seasonal fruits is available, along with coffee and milk.
