Located on the beautiful south shore of the Gulf of Ajaccio, just 15 minutes away from Ajaccio city, our gite offers the perfect location for a car-free vacation. You can easily reach Ajaccio by shuttle boat from the nearby beach of Porticcio.Our gite is ideally situated for exploring the surrounding area. Within a short drive, you can visit the stunning creeks of Piana, which are classified as World Heritage of Unesco, as well as Porto, Scandola, and Girolata. Bonifacio and Sartène are also within reach, offering a variety of attractions and activities. For nature lovers, the beautiful neck Vizzavona is just 50 minutes away.
Porticcio itself is a popular destination, known for its pristine environment and beautiful coastline. The beach is only 800 meters away, and water sports are available in Ajaccio, just 1.5 kilometers away. From sailing and diving to water skiing and canoeing, there are plenty of options for water enthusiasts. You can also rent surfboards and catamarans, or enjoy a boat trip to explore the area. Additionally, there is a water park, an equestrian center, a shooting range, and a municipal golf course in Porticcio. Excursions, hiking, 4x4 tours, and cycling are also popular activities in the area.
The residence TERRA BELLA, where our gite is located, is nestled on a hill and consists of small buildings connected by narrow pedestrian streets and gardens. Guests can enjoy two swimming pools with terraces, although please note that they are not heated and not supervised. The pools are open from mid-May to late September, subject to the condominium's schedule. Tennis courts are also available nearby, although they are not included in our service.
