This charming stone property, once a herdsmans cottage, has been lovingly refurbished and tastefully decorated. With original beams and a cozy atmosphere, it offers a comfortable stay for up to 4 or 5 guests.The upper floor features a double room, a twin room with an additional pull-out bed, and a convenient shower room with a WC. On the ground floor, there is an open plan living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and an additional WC.
Outside, you can enjoy a private garden with a refreshing pool measuring 5.5mx5.5m and 1.5m deep. The property is equipped with modern amenities including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, DVD player, CD player, cot, high chair, and barbecue. Household linen, such as bed linens, towels, and tea towels, are provided for your convenience.

Directions
To reach Pont Aven from the Lorient/Quimper expressway (N165-E60), take the "Kerampaou" exit and continue along the road. Upon reaching the town center, proceed straight ahead, passing the Post Office on your left. Once you reach the top of the hill, make a left turn towards "Le Henan, Kerdruc". At the next crossroads, where you will notice a traditional Breton calvary at its center (Kerrun), turn right in the direction of "Nevez". After approximately 800m, you will find the private road leading to RUSTIN on the left.
