The rooms are adorned with exquisite antique furniture and equipped with modern amenities such as a TV. Moreover, the main house provides natural air-conditioning during the summer and central heating during the winter, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year.

The Guest House is situated in a quaint and enchanting location, perfect for a cozy stay for two. The upstairs bedroom offers a picturesque view of the Maulne Valley. The bathroom includes a shower and washbasin, with the toilet conveniently located in a separate room. The well-equipped kitchen provides a fridge, oven, and microwave oven for your use. In the spacious living area, you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace and indulge in grilling or simply relax by the charming small chimney. Outside, you can unwind at the tables and chairs provided. If you're feeling adventurous, bicycles are available for exploring the Manor in the Valley or the surrounding areas. We warmly welcome pets, including dogs and horses, with kennels and stables available. A private parking area ensures convenient access from the main road.

To reach the Manor, located approximately 40 km northwest of Tours, follow the route towards Château-la-Vallière (RD959), then continue towards Angers (RD766).

For travelers arriving at Charles de Gaulle Airport:
- Option 1: Take the T.G.V (high-speed train) to St. Pierre des Corps (about 1h30 from Paris) and then either take a taxi to the Manoir du Mesnil or continue by train to Tours and rent a car.
- Option 2: Take a taxi or bus to the Montparnasse Train Station in Paris, where you can catch the T.G.V. to St. Pierre des Corps (less than 1 hour from Paris). From there, take a taxi to the Manoir du Mesnil or continue by train to Tours and rent a car.

For travelers arriving at Orly Airport:
- Option 1: Take a taxi or bus to the Montparnasse Train Station in Paris and follow the same instructions as above.
- Option 2: Take a taxi or bus directly to the Manoir du Mesnil or continue by train to Tours and rent a car.

For travelers arriving at other airports:
- From Marcé Airport (less than 40 km), there are connections with Eastern Airways to Aberdeen, Leeds-Bradford, Newcastle, and Southampton.
- From Tours Val de Loire Airport (Saint-Symphorien, less than 40 km), there are connections to London and Marseille. We can arrange transportation from the airport if needed.

By car:
- From Paris, take the A10 in the direction of Bordeaux. Take exit number 29, then the A28 towards Le Mans, and exit number 27 Neuillé-Pont-Pierre. Follow the RD766 in the direction of Angers.
- From Tours, take the RD959 towards Angers. Once you reach Château-la-Vallière, turn left towards Angers.
