Description for B&B:

Experience the tranquility and beauty of the Vendée coast with our charming cottages. Located just 100 miles south of Nantes, in the heart of the Pays de la Loire region, our cottages are only 3 km away from the pristine beaches. Nestled amidst nature, our accommodations include a brand new lodging for up to 6 people, as well as three guest rooms situated in a renovated farm building.

Our site spans approximately 3 hectares and is well-equipped to accommodate horses, with fenced paddocks, stables, a riding arena, and even ski upholstery.

The gite, a newly constructed brick cottage, offers 60m² of space and features two bedrooms with 140 beds, a room with two 90 beds, a sink, and a spacious shower measuring 1m x 1m. There is also a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge freezer, combination stove, electric oven, and microwave. Each cottage also boasts a small private garden complete with a BBQ and garden furniture for your enjoyment.

The guest rooms, located within the old farm building, are spacious, ranging from 24 to 32 square meters. Two of the rooms can accommodate up to 4 people, while the largest room can accommodate up to 5 people. A conservatory and a shared kitchen are available for guests to enjoy their meals on-site. Each room has a separate entrance for added privacy.

Conveniently, all shops and services are just 2km away. Beach access is easily accessible by bicycle via safe routes and bicycle paths. There are plenty of opportunities for horseback riding, hiking, and biking directly from our site. We even provide recommended routes that showcase the diverse landscapes, including marshes, farmland, forests, rocky and sandy coastlines, and the beach for riders during the off-season.

If you're looking for nearby attractions, the famous Puy du Fou and La Rochelle aquarium are only an hour's drive away. For sports enthusiasts, our coast offers renowned surf spots, sand yachting, speed sailing, kite surfing, sailing, windsurfing, and more. And for thrill-seekers, the Indian Forest adventure park is just a 10-minute drive away.

Nature lovers will also be delighted with the nearby attractions, such as the tip of Payré and its holm oaks, as well as the tip of Arçay, which is a bird sanctuary.
