Located just 7km from Narbonne, the Duff family welcomes you to their fully renovated 19th-century maison de maitre vigneronne. With a swimming pool on the premises, you can enjoy a comfortable stay in one of our three guest bedrooms, each equipped with its own en-suite bath or shower room. Feel free to make use of the garden, complete with a secure swimming pool, and light up the barbecue for your grilling needs. Start your day with a delicious breakfast served in either the courtyard or the salon de chasse. Convenient private parking is available in our cave. Alternatively, if you prefer to cook for yourself, we offer a village house that can accommodate 4-6 people, located just across the street. Cuxac d Aude is an ideal location for exploring the surrounding area, with Narbonne only 10km away and the Mediterranean beaches just a 25-minute drive. Don't miss out on visiting the Cathare castles, the Cite of Carcassonne, and the canal du midi, all of which are well worth a visit. Village HouseThis village house has been beautifully renovated in the charming Mediterranean style. Located in a peaceful area on the outskirts of Cuxac, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
The house features 2 double bedrooms with 140cm beds, as well as a mezzanine with 2 single beds. The bedrooms are conveniently situated on the ground floor, along with a bathroom and separate toilet.
On the first floor, you will find a cozy dining room/sitting room with a fireplace (wood provided) and a fully equipped kitchen. Double doors open onto the terrace, which is equipped with a barbecue and outdoor furniture.
For those looking to stay longer and explore the region, this gite is perfectly located. The stunning coastline and beaches are just a 20-30 minute drive away, and there are numerous cycling and walking routes to enjoy. The famous Canal du Midi and a wealth of historical and cultural sites, including the Cathar castles and Carcassonne, can all be reached within an hour's drive. And if you're interested in winter activities, the Pyrenees ski slopes are just over 2 hours away by car.

To reach Maison Pelissier, follow these revised travel directions:
Take the exit at junction 38 on the autoroute du Sud A9. Proceed on the ring road N9 towards Carcassonne and Beziers. Follow the signs to Cuxac d'Aude. At the 4th roundabout, take the last exit onto D13 towards Cuxac d'Aude. Once in the village, you will notice a boulangerie on your right. Opposite the boulangerie, turn towards Salleles. At the Hotel de Ville, make a left turn and continue for 200m. Look for our signpost on the left directing you to rue du Bac. Another sign for Maison Pelissier will be visible, and you can park in the cave across the street.
