Bourdil offers two separate, roomy, and well-appointed self-catering apartments with modern amenities such as kitchens and shower rooms. Located on the first floor with a private entrance and accessed by a short set of stairs, these apartments may not be suitable for young children or individuals with physical disabilities. They can be rented individually or together to accommodate larger groups.What sets Bourdil apart is its unique setting in the picturesque countryside, while still being just a 12-minute walk from Chalabre, where a variety of shops can be found. Imagine the pleasure of leisurely strolling along the river in the mornings to visit the local bakery, instead of having to drive. Guests at Bourdil can also enjoy a broadband connection, and for those who desire it, a WIFI TV box with access to UK channels. Simply bring your own laptop, PDA, or Blackberry to connect to the internet. Additionally, satellite TV is available, including free UK stations.
Description for Gite
Gite 1: Aragou is a spacious and airy gite, recently renovated and equipped with a brand new kitchen and shower rooms. With over 1100 sq ft (100m2), it offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The fully equipped kitchen/dining room includes a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker with oven and grill, fridge, kettle, cafetière, and toaster. The dining area features a refectory table seating up to six people, along with two comfortable easy chairs. The separate sitting room provides two cozy settees, a double sofa bed (available at an extra charge for 2 additional people*), and a wood burning stove. Additionally, there is an email hidden/MP3 player and a TV/DVD player, as well as an extensive library of books, CDs, and DVDs. Aragou can also be rented for 2 people, utilizing only one of the bedrooms and the corresponding shower room.Gite 2: Tivoli, also recently renovated and re-equipped, offers delightful views towards the village. With nearly 420 sq ft (39m2), it provides a comfortable sitting room/dining/kitchen area. The seating arrangement includes a cozy settee and armchairs, along with a dining table and chairs. The kitchen features a cooker with grill, fridge, kettle, cafetière, and toaster. Similar to Gite 1, there is also an email hidden/MP3 player and a TV/DVD player, as well as a diverse library of books, CDs, and DVDs. The shower room includes a thermostatic shower and hairdryer. Guests are also welcome to use the laundry room by prior arrangement.

je suis allée avec mon amie pour un séjour d'une semaine .Nous avons eu des vacances très reposantes ; le propriétaire est très accueillant, toujours prêt à rendre service. Il connaît très bien la région , propose des activités intéressantes et agréables. Le lieu est très calme , loin de tout . L'appartement est très agréable , bien aménagé , décoration simple avec goût. La piscine est agréable avec un petit salon en terrasse couverte avec feu ouvert . Très belle région.

Gîte agréable, idéalement situé au calme et à proximité de lieux à découvrir. Très bel accueil du propriétaire qui communique une multitude de renseignements sur la région.

Séjour dans le gite en novembre 2016
Je suis heureuse de me faire le porte-parole de mes amis normands qui ont séjourné deux nuits dans le gite : l'accueil y est chaleureux, le logement spacieux, propre et confortable, le séjour agréable pour un prix très raisonnable. Personnellement, je recommande ce gite à toute personne et famille qui veut visiter notre belle région.
