This vacation rental comfortably accommodates up to 5 people and has been approved by the prefecture with a rating of 3 keys. It was refurbished in 2008 and is a duplex apartment located on the 3rd and 4th floors of a cottage overlooking the beautiful bay of Arguenon. With panoramic views, it offers two spacious terraces, one measuring 12 m2 and the other 20 m2. The apartment is tastefully furnished and conveniently situated just 10 meters away from the beach and a foot trail.

On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, electric ceramic hob, vacuum table, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, and everything you need to cook delicious meals, especially fish. The living room, spanning 30 m2, features two leather sofas, a booster seat, and a multimedia package including a mini TV and TNT channels. There is also a north-facing terrace accessible from the kitchen, offering a full view of the surroundings, as well as a south-facing terrace accessible from the living room. The south terrace features teak lounge furniture for up to 6 people.

The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a shower cabin and a separate toilet. Moving up to the upper floor, you will find a south-facing bedroom decorated in art deco style, furnished with a large 1.60 m bed, a quilt, a spacious wardrobe, and two bedside tables. This room offers a stunning south-facing view of the beach and the southern landscape. The north-facing bedroom features a large 1.60 m bed, a 0.90 m bed, three bedside tables, and a small cabinet. From this room, you can enjoy a panoramic sea view through the window and access the terrace overlooking the north side.

Additionally, a cot and stroller are available upon request.
