Description:

Description for Gite

Welcome to our lovely and comfortable apartment located in the historic center. Despite being close to all amenities, it is situated on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay.

This unique 1-bedroom apartment features a king-size bed and a large sofa bed in the lounge area. While it is spacious enough for 2 people, the sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people. However, please note that there is only 1 bathroom, which is en suite, so the extra 2 guests will need to pass through the bedroom. Keep this in mind when booking for 3 or 4 people.

The en suite bathroom is spacious and equipped with clean, modern fittings. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, and the lounge area is spacious with a dining area.

One of the highlights of the apartment is its unique view over Rue des Litanies, as it bridges over the street.

Renovated in January 2014, the apartment has retained its original character while incorporating modern fixtures for comfort and convenience. Additionally, the apartment is part of a house with another apartment above, allowing family and friends to book both apartments and holiday together (Ref: 1439318 Maison sur Larc).
