Located near La Rochelle, in Lagord (with Arlette), this accommodation is just a 10-minute drive from the Old Port and the Ile de Ré. Set in a peaceful house, guests can enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay.There are three tastefully decorated guest rooms available. The White House room can accommodate 1 to 3 people and features a single bed, a comfortable sofa bed, a wardrobe, a writing table with chair and armchair, and a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and storage unit (a hairdryer is available upon request).
The blue bedroom and pink bedroom can be booked together as a family suite or separately. Each room has a 140 cm bed, an office, and a cabinet. The separate bathroom with a shower and toilet is shared between the two rooms.
Guests have access to a garden and there is ample parking available. The rooms are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
A delicious breakfast is served in the spacious veranda, offering a variety of options including hot drinks, orange juice, pastries, bread, jams, cereals for children, and more.
The location is perfect for exploring the area by bike, with bike trails leading to Lagord, La Rochelle (10 minutes away), and the Ile de Ré (20 minutes away). There is also a shuttle bus to the city. For sports enthusiasts, Lagord Tennis and the Marsilly 18-hole Golf Course are just 4 kilometers away.
The rates for a one-week stay, including breakfast, are as follows:
- 1 person: 350€
- 2 people: 385€
- 3 people: 490€
For single-night stays, the rates including breakfast are:
- 1 person: 55€
- 2 people: 60€
- Extra bed: 15€
There is an additional supplement of 10€ for a one-night stay. From April 1 to September 30, a tourist tax of 0.42€ per night and per person over 10 years old applies.
