This villa for rent is conveniently located just a 4-minute drive from the charming village of Lumio and a 5-minute drive from the beautiful sandy beach of Arinella. The beach also boasts an excellent restaurant that serves delightful meals and sets up candlelit tables on the beach in the evenings. As you approach Villa Lucia, you will be captivated by its sturdy oak door adorned with intricate carvings of wheatsheaves and olives, giving you a sense of arriving at a truly special place. This recently built villa is nestled within its own grove of oak trees and has been meticulously finished using traditional materials to ensure the highest quality.

Upon entering the villa through the covered breakfast terrace, you will find yourself in a hallway that leads to a spacious and inviting sitting room, complete with a coffee table, comfortable sofas, a satellite TV/DVD player. To the left, there is a well-equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and a family dining table with chairs. The kitchen also provides access to the garden on the side of the house, while French windows open up to a magnificent front terrace that offers panoramic views of the curving bay and the ancient citadel of Calvi.

Connected to the kitchen is a generous dining area with a table and chairs, which leads to a large main sitting room. In this expansive room, you will find inviting white sofas and chairs, as well as French windows that open up to the front terrace, furnished with a large parasol, table, chairs, a gas BBQ, and comfortable sun loungers.

The ground floor of the villa features three bedrooms, two of which have double beds and French windows that open up to the garden with views of the sea. Adjacent to these bedrooms, there is a lovely bathroom with a spacious spa bath, basin, and a separate tiled shower. Additionally, there is a separate WC for added convenience.

An open staircase leads up from the hallway to the master suite, which boasts its own balcony with breathtaking views of Calvi and the mountains. The master suite also includes a large bathroom with a spa bath, basin, and WC. Furthermore, there is a second balcony at the back of the house, offering fantastic views of the mountains and the picturesque ancient village of Lumio nestled on the hillside.

The villa's pleasant grounds are complemented by a 10m x 5m swimming pool, surrounded by an olive grove, creating a serene and tranquil setting for relaxation and enjoyment.
