Tucked away on a mountainside, several miles away from the nearest village, this chalet provides a tranquil and refreshing holiday experience amidst nature in the Pyrenean region. Please note that access to the chalet is only possible via a small road, which is not plowed during the winter season.Description for Gite
Ground floor: Cozy living room with a charming fireplace, convenient kitchenette, and a modern bathroom. Separate first floor featuring two comfortable bedrooms with a double bed each (1x140). The cottage is equipped with electric heating for a pleasant stay. Enjoy the outdoors with our provided furniture, barbecue, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. Feel free to bring your furry friends along as pets are allowed. Parking is available near the cottage, accessible via a short scenic path. Directions
To reach your destination, start by exiting Aspet and heading towards Sengouagnet. Upon reaching the outskirts of the village, take a left onto the D 618. When you come across the Oule bridge, continue driving on the left side and follow the sign that says "The Mourtis." After a while, you will need to leave the D618, which is indicated by the sign for Couret. Keep in mind that this road is very winding. As you drive through the village of Couret and into a forest, enjoy the scenic view of the massive Mourtis and Cagire mountains upon exiting the forest. Look out for a right turn that resembles a hairpin bend, and shortly after, you will notice a path on the left indicated by a sign that says "The Couret - The Souleignan." Follow this path, and you will easily spot the cottage on your right.
