The highlight of this property is its expansive swimming pool, boasting a stylish partially infinity design.There are two independent B&B units available. The first unit, named "Lou Castellas," is located on the first floor of the villa and can be accessed via an external staircase. The second unit, known as "Les Lucioles," is a standalone annex-maisonette. Each unit can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and features a private bathroom/toilet, TV, universal satellite receiver (Astra), fridge, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Linen is also provided for your convenience.
Each unit offers a private outdoor area with a garden table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals or simply relaxing in front of your entrance. Additionally, the "Les Lucioles" unit offers the added bonus of a fully equipped covered kitchen, allowing you to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the outdoors.
Situated in the charming village of Breil sur Roya in France, this property is conveniently located near Park Mercantour and the Italian border. It is only 20km away from the coast and its stunning beaches, while also being within 35km of the beautiful ski resort of Limone in Italy.
